Founder & CEO

Deepak Kumar is an influential entrepreneur in India’s energy sector, focusing on sustainable solutions through his company, Vindsol Heat Pumps, which manufactures advanced heat pump technology. By fostering local production, he promotes sustainable practices in India.

With a strong background in mechanical and industrial engineering, Deepak has expertise in pumps, valves, and project engineering. He also founded Mechlion, a brand that provides intelligent pumping solutions across India. His skills extend beyond engineering to wellness, highlighting his versatility as a business leader.

Ranganath NK

Director on Board, Chairman Advisory Board

A seasoned Mechanical Engineer from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai, with management education from XLRI Jamshedpur, bringing over 40 years of experience across marketing, sales, design, project management, finance, HR, business strategy, and general management. As the former Managing Director and CEO of Grundfos Indo, he established the company’s production facilities and strengthened its brand.

He has also held prominent leadership roles, including President of the Madras Management Association, Chairman of CII's Tamil Nadu Council, and Chairman of AEEE. Currently, he serves on the advisory board of the CII Triveni Water Institute, is an executive committee member of IGBC, and sits as an Independent Director on several company boards.

Chandra Singh Bhandari

Chief Financial & Compliance Officer

With over 38 years in Finance, he has diligently managed diverse portfolios. His 25-year career at Capgemini saw him handling significant finance roles, where he gained innovative insights. Prior to Capgemini, he was instrumental at a leading telecommunication firm, establishing operational centers and pioneering India's first paging services in 1994.

His expertise in finance is complemented by his exceptional people management skills, guiding teams to success. Additionally, he has been an Honorary Member of DDCA, New Delhi since 1992.

Why do I need to service / maintain my Heat Pump ?

You service your car, why not your heat pump?

Once your new heat pump is installed it is important to keep it running at optimal performance.

As a owner, you shall include few basic things like cleaning the air intake side of your heat pump, cleaning and removal of any obstructions on the fan side. Please ensure the system is OFF when you do these basic things by yourself.

To ease it out, you shall opt for our service department staffed with expert technicians who handle your service and yearly maintenance calls. Ask about our Maintenance Program to ensure optimal efficiency and operation of your new heat pump.

Over time your heat pump will start to build up debris and dander on both the indoor and outdoor coils that will reduce efficiency and shorten the life of the unit if not cleaned and serviced. A heat pump is constantly pulling air (and anything in it) over both the indoor and outdoor coils and as such debris builds up over time that needs to be cleaned out (like an air filter on a car).
